It’s not been long (little over 7 months) since I got my new car and I have already blown past 10,000 miles. At this rate I will be on target to get my new car in another 4.5 years.
On an unrelated note, deviationz.log is now powered by WP 2.0 and thanks to Pramod, I realized that there was a tiny problem with the comment counter on WP. It is a WP 2.0 related issue and a lot has been posted on support. The simplest tweak is to deactivate the current Spam Karma Plugin (anything < 2.1 beta). Delete the Spam Karma folder in your plugins folder. Upload the new beta version into the plugins folder (i.e. yourblog/wp-content/plugins/). Get the SK2-WP2compatability plugin and place it in the Spam Karma plugins folder (i.e. yourblog/wp-content/plugins/SK2/sk2_plugins/). Reactivate the Spam Karma plugin and go to Options -> SpamKarma -> Approved Comments. Select all the comments and run them through the WP2Compatability plugin. This should fix all your problems henceforth.
For comments posted in the timeframe between the upgrade and now, the easiest way I found was to fix the comment counter was to go in and self comment on the posts and then delete those comments. This way the comment counter reappeared and all I had to do was mass edit my comments.

Woooooo thats a lot on the road!!!!!!
Yeah the counter turned 10K about 5 miles from home. It now reads 10,005 mi
Nice redesign dude
I like the play on the words ‘moments’ and ’shear’. A tribute to the civil engineer within you I suppose. I bought my car about a year ago and it’s a little over 2k
At this rate, by the time you are ready to get a new one, I’ll be ready to clock 10k on mine.
You should be glad that you are not driving through traffic each day to and back from work. It’s the worst part of this job [since I consider getting to work as a part of work
]. That said, I really love the car and don’t mind driving it for long miles. See the irony?? Also, glad that you figured the Moment / Shear thingy.
