American : I am going to see my girlfriend this weekend. I am all excited. How about you?
Desi : I don’t have a girlfriend.
American : What ???? !!!! Are you gay?
And so it seems that there are no single (without a girlfriend), straight (non-gay) guys in America. Very strange indeed.
