I am guessing it will work in all machines that have hibernation enabled. The CTRL + ESC is used in place of the windows key. the U bring up the shutdown option, and pressing H will choose hibernate. And pressing ENTER will take put your machine in Hibernation. Again, I reiterate, only if Hibernation is enabled. I don’t think so.
