Anyhoo, generalization is a tool that can be great at times and poor at times. If 70% of the women are bad in directions, I would not blink an eyelid before stating "Women in general.....". Schematic and all! Actually, I haven't had much trouble while driving but when I'm a pedestrian, boy, women are absolutely reluctant to give you the right of way at an intersection!
