I think that should be Google’s motto as opposed to “Don’t be evil”. Simple things like providing a link to track your package when you receive a mail saying your package has been shipped goes a long way. Otherwise, you will have to copy the tracking number, go to the UPS/FeDeX website and go through a process before you know where your shipment is. Google just does this. Take a bow.
